Andrea de Benedictis, Executive Chef, has designed an exclusive menu for the occasion, created to seduce the most demanding palates.
Priced at €65 per person, the menu includes a selection of dishes that promise a unique gastronomic experience. Accompanied by a welcome cocktail at our Volta Bar, this event will be a celebration of love and fine cuisine in a sophisticated setting.

In collaboration with the artisanal liqueur brand Gardeum, we offer an unprecedented sensory experience. This innovative activity explores the connection between taste and smell through a multi-sensory experience that blends modern perfumery techniques with the tradition of artisanal liqueurs. You will discover how aromas are not only perceived through the nose, but also through the mouth, thanks to the stimulation of the olfactory receptors in the oral cavity.
On February 14th from 18:00h, explore Gardeum’s various liqueurs and enjoy unique cocktails such as the Golden Garden, the Gardeum Royal or Volta Lovers.
